The Prodigal SYNOPSIS: Her battle confidence shaken, Gabrielle leaves Xena and returns home, only to find Poteidaia under siege by the ruthless warlord Damon. The village's survival depends on Meleager, a famous warrior whose self-confidence has disappeared at the bottom of a wine bottle. Damon is attacking, Meleager and the village strongbox are missing, and the fate of her people rests on Gabrielle's uncertain shoulders. With her sister Lila's help, Gabrielle prepares to lead her town against Damon's troops; fortunately, Meleager pulls himself together in time and defeats Damon in single combat. Not only does Meleager get his confidence back, while Gabrielle is not only restored to her old self, but also makes amends with her sister before leaving to rejoin Xena. DISCLAIMER: Meleager the Mighty, the generally Tipsy and Carousing warrior-for-hire, was not harmed during the production of this motion picture.
